The best way to stay in contact with the coaches is through the "Stack Team App." Download this app and search "Ellis Track and Field." Look for the Cougar Head emblem and request to join our team. We will post schedule updates, meet results, and any last-minute, pertinent information here. You can also submit a message to us through this app!
